At Maison Therael, every order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find full details on our delivery services and returns process.

 

Delivery

UK Delivery Only

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are carefully packed using widely recyclable materials and dispatched with tracking.

 

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00pm are dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday

  • Orders placed on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

 

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked service

  • Suitable for most orders

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is an estimated service and delivery times may vary during peak periods.

 

Express Delivery — DPD (1–2 Working Days)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked service with delivery updates

  • Ideal for time-sensitive orders

DPD will provide tracking and delivery notifications directly.

 

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Maison Therael purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in a resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or lit candles cannot be returned.

 

How to Arrange a Return

  1. Email us at hello@maisontherael.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been completed

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
